Product Introduction: Basalt fiber direct roving is a bundle formed by merging multiple parallel strands or single parallel strands in an untwisted state. 7-13 μ The tensile strength of m untwisted roving is ≥ 0.65N/tex, the elastic modulus is ≥ 95GPa, and the elongation at break is ≥ 2.6%. Basalt fiber not only has high strength, high modulus, and impact resistance comparable to high-tech fibers such as PPTA (poly (p-phenylenediamine) and UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene), but also has excellent high temperature and light resistance, especially the interface bonding strength with resin. Therefore, various specifications of basalt untwisted roving can be used for weaving, winding, and weaving various composite material prefabricated parts.
