On March 29th,2023, the Sichuan Province green building materials going to countryside activity was launched at Dazhu county, Dazhou city.
The report learned from the activity, last year, Dazhou city took the rural toilet revolution as the starting point, promoted applications of basalt fiber products worth of 27.15 million yuan in rural area, accounting for 135.76% of a task of annual green building materials promotion. In housing and building fields, Dazhou city promoted applications of Phosphogypsum building materials, basalt fiber products, High-quality insulation material and so on.

Through the activity for field visit and inspect of green building materials, specification introduction, it is reinforced the consumption concept of green building. With the result that Dazhu county created 5 pilot demonstration projects, such as Wufeng Mountain Walking Trail, Tong Jiachang town old house transformation,county bus station and etc.
To promote products certification of green building materials and motivate consumption of green building materials, Dazhou city published the list of whole city green building materials cultivate products. Sichuan Jumeisheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd and other 27 companies in 70 classes products listed in green building materials cultivation catalog.

Next, Dazhou city will provide consultation service such as production process optimization, standard establishment, and application promotion for enterprise included in the cultivation list, tailor-made plans to help and green development for key enterprises. It will accelerate the promotion of green certification, support green building materials enterprises to expand the market, intensify broadcast promotion efforts through the method of live broadcast carrying out goods, promote green consumption and Beautiful Countryside Construction.

In recent years, Dazhou city have focused on green building materials products such as basalt fiber new materials, gypsum products,deep processing of stone and etc. It is established science and technology platforms such as Basalt Fiber Testing Center of Sichuan Province, basalt fiber key lab set between office and city, and then set up enterprise development funds to move accelerate R&D production, standard certification, consumption promotion.
