The high-temperature basalt needle-punched felt filter bag is a new product jointly developed by our company and the research institute. Its advent fills the gap of my country's own brand high-temperature 350 ℃ synthetic fiber needle-punched filter material. Basalt needle-punched filter material is a new type of filter material. The high temperature resistant material can be used for a long time under the working conditions below 350 ℃, and the performance remains unchanged. Due to the particularity of the manufacturing process and the formula of the raw materials, the performance of the dust removal efficiency and service life is greatly improved compared with similar products.
Basalt fiber is used as the filter material of dry filter device, mainly used for industrial dust removal and smoke and gas purification. Due to its high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low elongation and other excellent properties of basalt fiber itself, the filter bags made of it have the following characteristics:
1. High mechanical strength, breaking strength is generally above 3000N;
2. The elongation is low, and the elongation at break of the basalt fiber itself is only 3 (percentage), so the filter bag made of it is dimensionally stable;
3. Good mechanical properties, can be used for a long time at 300℃;
4. Good corrosion resistance, can be used in the gas of acid and alkali atmosphere;
5. The fabric has high porosity, smooth surface, good air permeability, and no-load pressure loss is only 2Pa;
6. High dust collection efficiency, up to 99.5-99 (percentage), especially for dust particles below 0.5mm in diameter, the effect is more obvious;
7. Strong adaptability to flue gas dust concentration;
8. The amount of smoke and dust handled is large, the operation and maintenance are convenient, and the dust is easy to clean;
9. Long service life.
