The forming principle is: high-speed air flow enters the forming and puffing channel to form turbulence, which is used to disperse basalt fibers and form loop-shaped fibers, thereby endowing basalt fibers with bulkiness and manufacturing expanded roving. After expansion, the surface area increases, resulting in a larger bonding area between the expanded roving and other materials.
