Description
Description

【product description】
Basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipe is a new high-tech composite pipe made of basalt fiber as the main material. It has excellent corrosion resistance and long service life; good hydraulic performance, large conveying flow; high strength, safety and reliability; light weight, installation and transportation Convenience; short construction period and low comprehensive investment; green environmental protection and other advantages. It can be widely used in urban water diversion, municipal water supply pipe network, urban rain and sewage pipe network, farmland irrigation, water conservancy and hydropower, petrochemical industry and other fields; and in many aspects, it has been shown to be compatible with spiral steel pipes, ductile iron pipes, and steel cylinder concrete pipes. (Referred to as PCCP pipe), the superiority compared with PE pipe.

【Features and Advantages】
Basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipes are new high-tech composite pipes made of basalt fiber and its products as reinforcing materials and resin as the matrix material. Compared with spiral steel pipes, PCCP pipes, ductile iron pipes and PE pipes, basalt fiber water supply and drainage The pipeline has outstanding advantages such as light weight, high strength, excellent hydraulic properties, long corrosion resistance life, good safety performance, short construction period, and low comprehensive cost, which are embodied in:

1. Lightweight, high strength, convenient transportation
Basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipes are light in weight and high in strength, with a specific gravity of 1.7-1.9 and a tensile strength of 360MPa; the tensile strength of basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipes is 14 times that of PE pipes (tensile strength 25Mpa) and 40 times that of PCCP pipes. (Tensile strength 8Mpa). The weight per unit length of basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipes is approximately equal to 1/4 of ductile iron pipes, steel pipes, 1/8-1/10 of PCCP pipes, and 1/2 of PE pipes; therefore, it is convenient to transport and low in transportation costs.

2. Excellent corrosion resistance and long service life
Basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipes have good corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt and many other chemical fluids, and can transport drinking water, rainwater, sewage and many chemical fluids. The designed service life is 50 years.

3. Excellent hydraulic properties and high conveying capacity
The inner wall of basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipes is smooth, and its roughness coefficient is 0.0084, while the roughness coefficient of steel pipe is 0.012—0.013, and the roughness coefficient of ball milled cast iron pipe and PCCP pipe is 0.013—0.014; , PCCP tube can increase the conveying capacity by about 15-20%. Therefore, a smaller pipe diameter or smaller power delivery pump can be selec-ted, thereby reducing the initial investment of pipeline engineering, saving electric energy, and reducing operating costs. During operation, the internal surfaces of steel pipes, cast iron pipes, cement pipes, etc. often undergo local corrosion and become rougher and rougher, while the basalt fiber water supply and drainage pipes always maintain a smooth surface.
