Description
Description

Product Description:

Basalt fiber composite reinforcement (BFRP) is a new type of non-metallic composite material that is reinforced with basalt fiber, combined with epoxy resin, vinyl resin, unsaturated polyester resin, fillers, curing agents, and other matrix materials, and formed through pultrusion process and special surface treatment. It is divided into two types: threaded reinforcement and unthreaded reinforcement, with a nominal diameter range of 3mm~50mm, a density of 1.9-2.1g/cm3, a tensile strength of>750MPa, an elastic modulus of>40GPa, an elongation at break of>1.8%, a thermal expansion coefficient (10 ^ -6/℃) of 8-11 in the longitudinal direction and 20-22 in the transverse direction, alkali resistance (strength retention rate) of>85%, and a magnetic susceptibility of (4 π) × 10 ^ -8SI)<5 × 10 ^ -7. Basalt fiber composite reinforcement has excellent physical and chemical properties such as lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, etc.

Suitable for concrete bridge steel structures, road construction, corrosion-resistant materials, insulation components, and non-magnetic components.

Product Feature:

• Lightweight

• High corrosion resistance

• Non magnetic

• Electrical insulation

Product Specification:

Product Application:

Basalt fiber composite reinforcement(BFRP) is non magnetic, electrically insulated, with high strength, high elastic modulus, and similar thermal expansion coefficient to cement concrete. Extremely resistant to chemical corrosion, acid, alkali, and salt, it can be used in magnetic resonance imaging infrastructure, airports, military facilities, communication buildings, anti radar interference buildings, high-end office buildings, earthquake prediction observation stations, electronic equipment rooms, etc. in the medical insurance and construction department. It has broad application prospects and huge market potential. Such as:

1. Seismic observation stations, harbour and wharf protection works and buildings, subway stations, Bridges, non-magnetic or electromagnetic concrete buildings.

2. Prestressed concrete highway, anti-corrosion chemical industry, floor slab, chemical storage tank, engineering.

3. Magnetic resonance imaging infrastructure, communication building, electronic equipment workshop.

4. Concrete slab for nuclear fusion building and magnetic levitation railway.

5. Telecom transmission tower, TV station bracket, fiber optic cable strengthening core.
Product Advantages:

(1) Lightweight, high-strength, non magnetic transmission:

Basalt fiber composite reinforcement has the characteristics of light specific gravity (about 1/4 of that of ordinary steel bars), high strength (about 4 times that of ordinary steel bars), no magnetic transmission, and will not affect the normal detection of the protective layer of the steel bars;

(2) Excellent resistance to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion:

It can effectively solve the problem of steel corrosion in saline alkali corrosive environments and improve structural durability;

(3) Convenient and safe use of basalt fiber composite reinforcement with light specific gravity, convenient manual loading,

unloading, and operation, convenient construction, and improved construction efficiency; And there is no need to use welding and electrical equipment, reducing process quality and safety risks; At the same time, it saves investment in lifting equipment and effectively reduces project costs;

(4) High comprehensive benefits:

After comprehensive analysis, it is shown that basalt fiber composite reinforcement replaces steel bars or steel mesh sheets for bridge deck, road surface, and floor paving. The material cost is basically the same as that of steel bars, and the problem of steel bar rust expansion is solved, greatly extending the service life of bridge deck and road surface. Replacing ordinary steel bars with 60% effective cross-sectional area can save about 30% of the cost. In addition, due to the corrosion resistance of basalt fiber composite reinforcement, its application advantages in marine engineering are more obvious. Ordinary steel bars require comprehensive anti-corrosion measures such as epoxy coating, increasing the thickness of the concrete protective layer, adopting protective coatings on the concrete surface, and adding rust inhibitors to the concrete. However, basalt fiber composite steel bars are inherently corrosion-resistant and can solve a series of problems in the marine environment, saving about 40% of the overall cost. The key is to significantly improve the durability of the structure.
