Description
Description

The conventional specification of rock wool board (length * width): unit: mm
1000*600 1200*600 1000*630 1200*630
The classification of rock wool board is divided into:
1. roof insulation
Bulk density above 120K, thickness 5 cm to 15 cm
2. External wall insulation
Bulk density above 120K, water repellent, thickness 3 cm to 10 cm
3. Curtain wall insulation
Bulk density 40K to 120K thickness 5 cm to 10 cm
4. Partition wall ceiling
Bulk density 40K to 120K thickness 5 cm to 15 cm
5. Thermal insulation and noise reduction of mechanical equipment
Bulk density 40K to 120K thickness 5 cm to 15 cm

Rock wool has excellent compressive resistance and point load resistance, which can effectively resist all external loads, ensure the roof is flat, and can meet the requirements of carrying people and equipment during roof construction.
Fire performance
High temperature resistance, melting point is as high as 1050℃. With strong shrinkage, it can effectively support the building structure to reach the fire resistance limit of 1-4 hours when a fire occurs.
Thermal insulation performance
The slag ball content is low, the fiber is slender and flexible, so the thermal conductivity is low, and it has excellent thermal insulation effect.
Hydrophobic and moisture resistant performance
Water-repellent rock wool with a water-repellent rate of more than 98%. In the presence of a small amount of rain, it can prevent further capillary penetration of rainwater.
Anti-aging and weather resistance
Refers to the ability of the material to resist water penetration. It can provide water-repellent rock wool with a water-repellent rate of more than 98%. In the case of a small amount of rain, it can prevent further capillary penetration of rainwater.

Sound absorption and sound insulation performance:
A large number of slender fibers form a porous interconnected structure in which countless tiny air gaps exist --- this internal structure determines that the high-strength roof panel Highwool has the physical characteristics of sound absorption and noise reduction and elastic vibration absorption. In the roof system, the higher the bulk density of the rock wool roof panel, the better the sound insulation and noise reduction ability.
Non-corrosive performance
The pH value of the leaching solution of rock wool is neutral or weakly alkaline, and does not contain corrosive components. It does not corrode carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper and other metal materials or equipment, and has no corrosive effect on roofing systems and building structures.
Health and environmental performance
The raw material is natural rock, does not contain asbestos, does not breed mold, is harmless to human health, and does not use CFC/HCFC and other environmentally harmful substances in the production process.
Application of Highwool high-strength roof rock wool board in flexible waterproof roof system
Overview of Flexible Waterproof Roofing System
Rock wool as an insulation layer and load-bearing layer is widely used in flexible waterproof roofs and steel roof waterproof insulation systems, such as flexible waterproof membranes (such as PVC/TPO/EPDM, etc.), gas barriers and system fasteners to form roof waterproofing Insulation roof system. Flexible waterproof roofs are widely used in large-scale stadiums, supermarkets, airports, stations, factories and other steel structure or concrete flat roof waterproofing systems.
