SFCB rebar

Item No.: BFB-23
SFCB is composed of an inner steel core and an outer longitudinal FRP composite
Description
Description

【product description】

Steel continuous basalt composite reinforcement (SFCB) is composed of an inner steel core and an outer longitudinal FRP composite, which has the complementary advantages of high ductility of steel bars and high strength of FRP bars. It has the characteristics of high modulus, high tensile strength, strong corrosion resistance, stable and reliable "secondary stiffness" in the structure, excellent ductility and energy dissipation ability, small residual displacement after earthquake, and easy repair. Mainly used for reinforced concrete seismic structures in civil engineering, transportation and other engineering fields, it has the complementary advantages of steel and FRP reinforcement, high modulus, high tensile strength, and especially strong corrosion resistance. It uses a mixture of SFCB and ordinary steel bars as the main reinforcement in various concrete structures.

SFCB is composed of a hybrid FRP outer covering layer wrapped around the inner and outer core of the steel bar; The SFCB composite reinforcement is located within the protective layer of the cast-in-place concrete structure, and the hoop reinforcement surrounds the steel continuous fiber composite reinforcement along the circumferential direction. The framework is formed between the two by binding or welding methods; After the prefabrication of SFCB composite reinforcement is completed, the outer surface of the hybrid FRP cladding layer of SFCB is bonded and controlled, and finally poured into the main body of the concrete structure.

Note:
Various kinds of basalt fiber rebar are available.
The available dimension: 3-40mm

【Product Features】
1. High tensile strength, more than 3 times the strength of ordinary steel bars of the same specification.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance (unmatched by any other fiber material products).
3. The density is less than 2.0g/cm3, and the density of fiber composite bars is only about 1/4 of that of ordinary steel bars.
4. The thermal expansion coefficient of fiber composite bars is similar to that of concrete, and there will be no large temperature stress between the two.
5. Good wave-transmitting performance and no shielding.
6. Non-conductive and non-conductive.
7. Standard curved and other shapes can be prefabricated.
8. Environmental protection: Each ton of basalt fiber composite bars can save 5.24tce of standard coal carbon emissions.

【Product Application Scenarios】
1. Seismic observation stations, harbour and wharf protection works and buildings, subway stations, Bridges, non-magnetic or electromagnetic concrete buildings
2. Prestressed concrete highway, anti-corrosion chemical industry, floor slab, chemical storage tank, engineering
3. Magnetic resonance imaging infrastructure, communication building, electronic equipment workshop
4. Concrete slab for nuclear fusion building and magnetic levitation railway
5. Telecom transmission tower, TV station bracket, fiber optic cable strengthening core
